Are you a sysadmin or network engineer with a knack for security and a curiosity that drives you to understand how everything works under the hood? Do you have a love for tinkering with various operating systems and a passion for automation?

What We’re Looking For:

• Curiosity-driven: A natural desire to understand how things work and a keen interest in learning about new systems, applications, and services.
• Technical Skills: Strong networking knowledge, with the ability to work across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, *nix) and platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Openstack, GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Scripting/Automation: Some experience in scripting or automating tasks.
• Excellent Communication: Both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with the team and customers.
• Quick Learner: Able to dive into new systems, apps, and services with ease and get up to speed quickly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deception Hero: Become a product expert in all things. You’ll be the go-to resource for everything related to deployment and management, from a single virtual/cloud handling up to 100,000 tokens.
• Deployment Assistance: Help advise on and assist with deployments across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, *nix, VMware, Nutanix, Openstack, GCP, Azure, AWS.
• System Integrations: Set up and troubleshoot integrations (MFS, SSO, Syslog, Webhooks, APIs, etc.) and ensure everything is running smoothly.
• Documentation: Learn about new services and tools daily and write up clear, concise guides on integrations and processes.
