We are seeking a story producer for Seen Global who will be responsible for producing twenty compelling, ready-to-publish stories within your first thirty days. Your primary objective is to intuitively understand and predict what truly engages our audience. You will immerse yourself in the world of @seen.tv on Instagram and stay updated with our analytics to ensure journalistic accuracy and authenticity at all times. Your stories should deeply resonate with audiences aged 13-24 in the US, packed with suspense from the opening moment and complemented by visually stunning content.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
End-to-end story production: Lead the entire production process from casting to overseeing the final edit and output.
Remote citizen directing: Direct citizens remotely in story creation, leveraging user-generated content (UGC) when applicable. Experience with UGC is a plus.
Analytics monitoring: Consistently monitor analytics to better target our core audience, adapting content strategies as needed.
Passion for storytelling: Bring a genuine passion for storytelling and a talent for creating suspenseful narratives.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the globe, including content creators, editors, and strategists.
Digital publishing familiarity: Be familiar with digital publishing landscapes and platforms.
Deep understanding of the US youth demographic: Possess a keen understanding of the interests and inclinations of the US youth demographic, with experience working on impactful stories for youth audiences.
