Mid Designer

Infuse a mix of brand- and human-centric, iterative design processes across all project phases. Combine craft and design principles to create differentiated and compelling visual assets that reflect the brand’s identity and values. Collaborate with other disciplines to provide modern, modular, and scalable ingredients for design toolkits or systems.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, design goals, and product requirements.
2. Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to inform design decisions and validate user flows.
3. Design user interfaces and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and elevate the user experience.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve upon designs.
5. Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and successful implementation.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design patterns.
8. Matric is essential.
9. Minimum of 5 years industry experience essential in the following.
10. 3-year Degree/Diploma in one or more of these disciplines.
11. Experience in Data Projects will be preferred.
12. Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Information Systems / Informatics, Human Computer Interaction or other related fields.
13. Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or similar certification would be desirable, but not required.
14. Master’s in psychology, Social Sciences advantageous.
