To manage and ensure the growth and development of the relevant brand portfolio from a Sales and Pre-sales perspective.
To operate as the internal point of contact between Resellers and all internal teams involved with the Microsoft Cyber Security Program including Sales and Operations with a specific focus on the Security areas across Modern Workplace and Azure.
Driving Net Partner Acquisition (NPA), Net Customer Acquisition (NCA), and upselling into security-specific features across MWS and Azure while building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with partners.
Supporting partners throughout their Security journeys including the enablement of partners across the program, competencies, and relevant Azure Sales plays.
Supporting partners with general product queries, selling, scoping, quoting, and providing pre-sales support.
Leveraging all areas of the business to drive partner and net-customer acquisition (NCA).
Supporting the brand team in achieving vendor-set targets as part of Sure Step-related activities and driving Azure Consumption Revenue (ACR).

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Vendor and Business Development
- Continuous vendor relationship and strategic alignment with TCM’s in driving security-specific features through Partner Acquisition (NPA) and Net Customer Acquisition (NCA) planning and execution activities.
- Identifying pipeline opportunities through continuous engagements with the MW and Azure Partner base.
- Supporting partners throughout their Security journeys including the understanding of the program, competencies, profitability, general product queries, selling, scoping, quoting, and providing pre-sales support at the end-customer level.
- Alignment with MW stakeholders (internal) and combining strategic plans to also cater for security-focused events, enablement plans and campaigns.
- Staying abreast with all security-related announcements, technologies, and program changes.
- Planning and execution of Partner Bootcamp, Workshops, and enablement activities (webinars/events).
- Fulfilment of any Microsoft-related Security orders and supporting the rest of the brand team.
- Lead Management across all security-related investment and vendor-allocated activities (campaigns that drive partner recruitment, end customer leads, and upsell opportunities).
- Display key competencies of knowledge in relevant brand programs and competencies associated with the job role.
- Build and manage effective relationships with relevant brand team members.
- Report opportunity details to the relevant brand regularly (weekly pipeline management) showing deal progression and pipeline creation using the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Ensure weekly activities and minutes of meetings are reported to the Brand Manager.
Administration
- Supporting partners with scoping and assessments of environments.
- Follow up on quotes.
- Managing the deal from start to finish.
- Display key competencies of knowledge in supporting partners with security across the MW and Azure portfolios.
- Work closely with Brand and Vendor teams to understand new technical developments in the IT industry.
Support
- Troubleshooting technical queries from partners.
- Attending to technical queries via email.
- Logging support calls with Microsoft and managing of the queries end-to-end.
- Ensuring timeous resolutions regarding queries within SLA service levels.

Minimum Qualifications:
- To maintain your role as a Microsoft Security Specialist, it is essential to obtain specific certifications to stay current with the latest Microsoft security technologies.
- As part of this requirement, you must complete at least one of the following certifications per quarter:
- MS-500: Microsoft 365 Certified – Security Administrator Associate.
- AZ-500: Microsoft Certified – Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- SC-200: Microsoft Certified – Security Operations Analyst Associate.
- SC-300: Microsoft Certified – Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
- SC-400: Microsoft Certified – Information Protection Administrator Associate.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- SC-900 – A base requirement for this role.
- MS-900 – A base requirement for this role.
Office Requirements:
- Office-based working environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
