What will you do?

The claims investigations department is looking for an individual to assist with investigating the merits of claims. The position will include, but is not limited to, validating all incidents/claims with high & medium merit indicators, which may include interviewing witnesses, SAPS officials, finalizing reports and administration, and liaising with service providers. You will handle admin and/or call requests from investigators and resolve all queries and problems from any service providers and/or clients.

Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• FAIS accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 3 years in the short-term insurance environment
• Minimum 1 year non-motor claims experience
• Any investigative background (or shown such skill in current roles)
