Job description

Nkunene Marketing focuses on direct, face-to-face sales through event and retail based marketing.

We provide good customer service to expose and brand our clients.

The communication with customers will be professional and designed specifically for our clients' products and services.

Our approach is to provide products and services on behalf of our clients on a non-advice basis, allowing the customer to make a decision on which product suits their needs without feeling pressured.

Our direct marketing approach will assist in meeting our clients' potential customers directly, which will also allow our sales consultants to develop a positive business relationship with potential customers by providing them with sufficient product information and quality services.

Our business strategy will benefit our clients by increasing their customer base on a daily basis, which will automatically generate growth over time.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  3. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales.
  4. Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and customer service skills.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop promotional initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. NQF 4 Equivalent, Matric Certificate or Higher.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  5. Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. No work experience required.
  7. Willing to relocate.
  8. Willing to travel.
