Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations.

Monitor patients’ progress and report any changes to the medical team.

Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

Provide mentorship and support to junior nursing staff and nursing students.

Qualifications:
Education: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
Licensure: Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
Experience: Previous experience in a mental health setting is essential.
