Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Sales Consultant located in Alberton.

The Membership Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential members, explaining membership options, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing membership sales, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive experience for all members.

Qualifications

1. Experience in Membership Sales and handling Membership processes
2. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
3. Sales skills and ability to meet targets
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
5. Ability to work on-site in Alberton
6. Previous experience in the fitness industry is a plus
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial
