Position Summary

The Membership Corporate Quality Controller will play a critical role in ensuring quality assurance across administrative processes, managing financial profiles, and aligning operations with the organizations standards. The individual will also provide ad-hoc support to optimize departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control for administrative updates and processes.
  • Stay updated on operational requirements and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Manage financial profiles and reconciliation tasks effectively.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to support the departments efficiency and goals.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in membership administration and reconciliation.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong report writing skills.
