Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Skincare Specialist to join our team of Specialist Dermatologists. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients.

In this role, you will provide a range of high-quality treatments, including skin care, laser therapy, microneedling, facials, peels, electrocautery, microdermabrasion, phototherapy, cryotherapy, and skin scans in accordance with our protocols.

You will also assist the doctors within consultations and medical procedures, maximize revenue by generating opportunities while enhancing the guest service experience through upselling in accordance with protocols, and assist with sales of skincare products.

Responsibilities:

1. Setting up and maintaining therapy rooms and procedure rooms.
2. Replenishing treatment rooms stock and consumables at every shift.
3. Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with spa standards.
4. Sterilizing equipment and instruments after procedures and treatments.
5. Performing and assisting with stock take weekly.
6. Ordering consumables and products.
7. Replenishing stock and merchandising product in the display cabinets.
8. Staying current with industry trends and advancements to offer innovative and effective treatments.
9. Introducing new therapies.
10. Assisting with social media marketing.
