Our well-established client in the pharmaceutical industry has a vacancy available for a Medical Affairs Manager based at the Parktown office.Main Purpose of JobTo provide medical input (liaise), especially for marketing and regulatory affairs.
Key Performance Areas (Core, essential responsibilities – outputs of the position)- New business development – liaising with partners abroad for dossiers/niche products.
- Liaising with RA & marketing (product placement, detail aids, training & oversight of training).
- Input into the companies affairs (Legal etc).
Minimum RequirementsEDUCATION- Medical Doctor/ Medical Affairs Manager.
Desirable Skills & Experience- At least 5 years experience in pharma.
- New business development.
- Training experience.
BEHAVIOURAL QUALITIES- Good interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to network.
- Ability to manage persons in the training team.
- Ability to liaise with RA & marketing.
- Mentoring.
General Working Conditions- May be required to work overtime.
Travel- Travelling abroad required.
