Our well-established client in the pharmaceutical industry has a vacancy available for a Medical Affairs Manager based at the Parktown office.Main Purpose of JobTo provide medical input (liaise), especially for marketing and regulatory affairs and new business development.
Key Performance Areas (Core, essential responsibilities – outputs of the position)- New business development – liaising with partners abroad for dossiers/niche products
- Liaising with RA & marketing (product placement, detail aids, training & oversight of training)
- Input into the company’s affairs (Legal etc)
Minimum RequirementsEDUCATIONMedical Doctor/ Medical Affairs ManagerDESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- At least 5 years experience in pharma
- New business development
- Training experience
BEHAVIOURAL QUALITIES- Good interpersonal relationships
- Ability to network
- Ability to manage persons in the training team
- Ability to liaise with RA & marketing
