Job description

Purpose of the Job

Senwes Equipment is looking for a Mechanisation clerk to provide centralised administrative and financial support to all equipment branches. The role ensures accurate documentation, financial control, and system integrity, enabling smooth coordination between branches and head office. Key focus areas include managing credit notes, reconciliations, vendor payments, commissions, and internal system processes.


Responsibilities Of The Job

  1. Process and validate credit notes from various platforms (John Deere, Falcon, RovicLeers, Construction & Forestry).
  2. Perform reconciliations of claims, inspection control, and cash accounts.
  3. Manage and correct cash account entries across branches.
  4. Compile and verify commission reports for technical staff and managers.
  5. Support and maintain EQUIP system data and assist users.
  6. Manage ACS client accounts, tax invoices, and payment tracking.
  7. Raise and monitor POs, track payments, and handle related admin and vendor queries.
  8. Assist departments such as HR and SHEQ with procurement and financial admin.
