Mechanical Plant Project Manager

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Plant Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of projects from concept through completion and experience on process plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background, coupled with exceptional project management skills and leadership abilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications :

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within a mechanical engineering context. Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects. Experience with process plants will be beneficial.

Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).

Leadership :
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem-Solving :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.

Adaptability :
