Mechanical Engineer - HVAC, Wet Services & Fire Engineering

Lead mechanical building services across all project phases.

Independently manage projects with minimal supervision.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Ensure compliance with SANS codes and implement Rational Designs.

Utilize fire engineering expertise to optimize project outcomes.

Prepare specifications, bills of quantities, and technical reports.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng / BSc).

5+ years of experience in the Building Services industry.

ECSA registration (or in the process of registering) preferred.

AutoCAD proficiency (Revit experience advantageous).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
