Khanyisa Education Centre is an independent, English-medium Education Centre catering for both boys and girls from Grade RRR to Grade 12. The school is a member of the Independent Schools Association of South Africa, ISASA and as such, is quality assured by both IQAA and UMALUSI. It is situated at the foot of Mangombe Mountain Nature Reserve, on the outskirts of Giyani in Limpopo Province.

Khanyisa Education Centre invites applications for the abovementioned position which will be available from 01 January 2026.
The candidate must be experienced in teaching Grade 8-12 Mathematics with at least 5 years appropriate teaching experience. The candidate will also be expected to take part in the school’s full extra-curricular programme.

The requirements for the position include but are not limited to:

1. Must have a teaching qualification (B Ed/PGCE)
2. Knowledge of working with learners at Grade 7-12 level
3. A passion for teaching, strong classroom management skills and a basic understanding of the development of children
4. Must be computer literate
5. Must be willing to engage in the school’s full programme, including all after hours and extra-curricular activities
6. An unequivocal commitment to working as part of an accomplished team
7. A commitment to on-going personal and professional development
8. An awareness of the nature of the school and willingness to commit to its all-round ethos and extra-curricular activities
9. Be willing to get a police clearance certificate and must have a clear criminal record
10. Must be SACE registered
11. Must have an excellent command of the English language
12. Teaching couples are welcome to apply
