Job Description:

• Coordinate all extra murals and sports as well as Physical Education.
• Report to the Executive Head and Head of Schools.

Duties Required:

• Control Sports Programmes
• Manage and Control Sports Events
• Supervise coaching in various Sporting Disciplines
• Liaise with parents, students, and visitors to the campus
• Manage budgeting and equipment for Sports
• Oversee Sports Coaches
• Oversee Physical Education
• Organize official league matches and internal events
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be energetic, self-motivated, and able to use own initiative
• Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills
• Be a team player
• First Aid Training is required
• Willingness to accompany teams to sporting fixtures
• Skilled in Coaching and Refereeing/Umpiring

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement: recognized Degree and/or diploma in Sports Management or Teaching Qualification with Physical Education
• SACE registration is mandatory

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position and environment
• Ability to coach sports is essential
• Experience in organizing sporting events
