CNC Programmer - Mastercam CAD-CAM + Solidworks (CAD) Software experience in Milling, Turning, Wire Cutting

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Matric
2. Mastercam CAD-CAM software Certificate is a great advantage but not essential.

Experience:

1. Must have experience using CAD-CAM software (Mastercam) + Computer-Aided Design CAD (Solidworks) Software as a Machine Shop Manager.
2. Extensive knowledge of Machining (turning, milling, and wire cutting) and machine shop operations.
3. Strong working experience developing programs with Mastercam CAD-CAM software to control machining or processing.

Duties:

1. Prepares and sets the machines before production and performs test runs of the initial batches.
2. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of related processes.
3. Experience with safety regulations and procedures.
4. Knowledge of quality control and inspection standards.
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
7. Leadership qualities and ability to guide and motivate staff.
8. Schedule machines and staff for maximum productivity.
9. Coordinate all labour and materials in the machine shop.
10. Identify and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
11. Make recommendations on capital expenditures to improve capacity and quality.
12. Monitor productivity, utilizing charts and software tools.

To start urgently. Monthly Salary (dependent on years of experience and current earnings) + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus.
