Master Planner Position
Reference: CPT-CB-2

We have a role for a Master Planner who is qualified with a suitable Supply Chain tertiary qualification and advanced ERP Systems experience in Midrand.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for placing finished goods purchase orders on suppliers
2. Placing purchase orders for bulk products
3. Manage inventory and ensure correct demand planning
4. Roll out a 2 year master plan
5. Scheduling
6. Material requirement planning
7. Manage inventory levels
8. Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarding companies
9. Monitor shipments
10. Analyse costs
11. Cost optimisation

Minimum Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience in a Master Planning role
2. FMCG / Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industry experience
3. Production experience
4. ERP System experience
5. Advanced Excel
6. Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management (Post Grad / Honors qualification beneficial and preferred)
