About the Role:

With a focus on trends, interior design, architecture, and next-level marketing campaigns, we are seeking a talented Marketing Supervisor to join our in-house marketing team.

This is a leadership position that requires incredible communication and organizational skills, and the person will report to the Head of Marketing. The Marketing Supervisor will need to have an in-depth understanding of all the designer surface brands.

Requirements:

1. Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or similar
2. Industry experience will be advantageous
3. 3+ years’ experience in a managerial role
4. People management experience – leading a team with a minimum size of 5 team members
5. Strong numerical and analytical ability
6. Stock Management
7. Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail
8. Problem-solving and adaptability in a team-based environment
9. Ability to build a strong team spirit and provide motivational leadership
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of 9 Product Consultants around the country, including leading, supervising, and training them.
2. Management of the Marketing Admin Assistant.
3. Oversee the daily/weekly/monthly schedules and functions of the team, including call reports and credit card reconciliations.
4. Compile monthly reports on data analysis from market research and industry findings.
5. Manage the Marketing Warehouse and marketing stock, including planning, budgeting, and ordering of marketing materials used by the company from global service providers.
6. Oversee the data and analysis of monthly lead generation across all brands.
7. Present brand training and information sessions to customers across the country.
8. Actively participate in and manage regional marketing events.
9. Be required to call on customers from time to time across the country.
