Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist.

Missions :

• Assists the Marketing Manager with taking the brand/s externally in line with brand guidelines with a view to growing our brand recognition and equity;
• Oversee application of our corporate stationery and promotional items, whilst effectively managing our visual identity both internally and externally;
• Assist in the conceptualization and sign-off process of all marketing collateral, campaigns, and other brand-related elements (business cards, photoshoots, etc.);
• Assist and drive the creation and implementation of brand marketing campaigns. This can include tasks such as coordinating generic or capability-specific marketing projects, briefing agency partners, collating feedback, and managing deadlines effectively;
• Briefing the communications and PR team on editorial requirements, and understanding and managing media schedules as well as the dispatch of material is a core component of this role;
• Review & collate competitor press, print, online & out-of-home advertising campaigns. Managing timing plans for advertising campaigns and coordinating relevant presentation / tissue sessions;
• Maintaining and uploading all brand, events, and advertising content on OMIG’s intranet;
• Responsible for the conceptualization and assistance in the execution of internal and external events;
• Briefing internal and external stakeholders as well as ensuring logistics and brand presence are aligned to our strategy, vision, and mission, whilst supporting the Marketing manager and broader team.

Qualifications :

• Having a Bachelor's degree in Marketing;
• Having at least 2 years of experience in the Marketing field.
