Job Description
The incumbent will provide input to the strategic direction and drive the growth of digital adoption and digital marketing efforts. They are responsible for driving digital marketing activities and executing our OMiX GRiD (Rewards, Smart Goals and Digital) marketing strategy.
This role is pivotal in driving effective collaboration with a variety of business leaders, technology leaders, product managers, data analytics, group and segment marketing and other key stakeholders focusing on digital adoption and go-to-market strategies to drive growth and usage.
The role leads multidisciplinary teams with members in platforms, marketing, communication and change management. The role exists to help the OMiX GRiD team deliver the right digital solutions and ensure customers fully utilize these solutions.
Drive digital adoption reporting with data analytics. Reports to be at a standard that they can be utilised in different forums including:
Execute the marketing strategy according to objectives and budget.
