Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Project Manager to oversee workflow management, stakeholder coordination, and marketing campaign execution. This role is integral in ensuring seamless project delivery, optimizing marketing performance, and managing budgets efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing project management within an agency or digital marketing environment and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the marketing team's workflow, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
2. Sprint planning, sprint reporting, and task management.
3. Maintenance of Project Wiki, Decision Log, Risk Log, and Roadmap.
4. Lead project planning, timeline development, and coordination of resources.
5. Ensure alignment of project goals with overall marketing strategy.
6. Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients.
7. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
8. Develop and oversee the execution of marketing campaign strategies.
9. Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
10. Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance improvements.
11. Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
12. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for client projects.
13. Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
14. Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other data tools to track performance.

Requirements

1. 2-3+ years of experience in a marketing project management, marketing operations, or digital marketing role (preferably in an agency setting).
2. Proven experience in project management, including working with software developers.
3. Strong understanding of SEO, organic traffic initiatives and lead generation tactics.
4. Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and translate insights into strategy.
5. Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and general digital marketing tools.
6. Excellent team leadership skills.
7. Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting ideas and working across multiple roles.
8. Adaptable and willing to take on various tasks as needed.
9. Must love pets!
