About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations professional to join our growing Marketing Operations team to help manage our marketing operations function. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the strategic and operational initiatives and support campaign execution across our marketing teams (in alignment with other functions) to drive performance improvements and continuously enhancing the impact of marketing on Deel’s growth.

Our ideal candidate will support our marketing operations delivery – working within Marketing Operations and closely with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to implement workflows, processes, technology and analytics that enable Deel to move faster and market smarter while maintaining operational excellence.

You will report to our Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing & Operations.

What You’ll Do At Deel

  • Oversee day-to-day management of marketing operations infrastructure within DemandBase, Braze, and other core marketing technologies.
  • Partner closely with growth, marketing, and sales teams to strategically enhance lead flow and lead-to-revenue modeling initiatives.
  • Contribute to the execution of operational strategy for lead capture, attribution, engagement, and campaign infrastructure.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to drive operations and automation initiatives that improve funnel outcomes and support pipeline growth objectives.
  • Design, build, and manage a variety of marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Systems and Data teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing and maintaining data governance best practices.
  • Assist in the migration and consolidation of tools when necessary.
  • Collaborate on the evaluation and recommendations of innovative technologies to continue to build our marketing technology stack supporting future growth and efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing technology systems, processes, and data at fast-paced B2B organizations.
  • Advanced experience in marketing automation (preferably HubSpot) and Salesforce – building sophisticated operations at scale.
  • Strong understanding of integrated B2B marketing, account-based marketing, product-led growth, marketing technology ecosystems, and data infrastructure.
  • Experience in supporting large scale projects involving culturally and geographically diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with campaign owners to ensure proper tracking and alignment with analytic teams to deliver end-to-end campaign performance insights and reporting.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing and ability to translate reports into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Impeccable communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up.
  • Growth mindset with inherent curiosity and personal drive, ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-paced global environment.
