The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence and drive revenue for our luxury Hotel and Wine Estate. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hotel and wine estates’ overall business objectives to increase market share and brand visibility.
Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the hotel and wine estates’ brand identity through all marketing channels, ensuring a consistent luxury experience in all communications.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, videos, and promotional content.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including travel agencies, influencers, and local businesses to create co-marketing opportunities.
Event Promotion: Plan and promote hotel and wine estates’ events, packages, and special promotions to attract new guests and enhance guest loyalty.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Profile:
Must be a skilled communicator with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work in a team. The Marketing Manager must have the ability to take responsibility for projects and execute them on brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for luxury travel and hospitality.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Working hours:
