Marketing Manager
Client based in Pinetown, in the chemical industry is looking for a Marketing Manager.

Sales and Marketing

1. Obtain information from Sales Representatives, Customers and other data sourcing agents to compile comprehensive reports regarding product performance.
2. Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
3. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
4. Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
5. Create a wide range of different marketing materials.
6. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
7. Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
8. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
9. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
10. Oversee the company's marketing budget.
11. Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
12. Develop the marketing strategy for the relevant Target Market in line with company objectives.
13. Manage all marketing for the relevant Target Market and activities within the marketing department.
14. Brand Awareness.
15. Plan customer functions and golf days.
16. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
17. Maintain company's website with relevant information.
18. Upload relevant reports, press releases and newsworthy items on a regular basis.
19. Design, develop and update marketing material such as brochures, flyers, web pages, merchandising as and when required.
20. Assist with and improve product packaging with regards to promotional marketing.
21. Plan and implement promotional campaigns.

Reports

1. Ensure action plan by the relevant Manager is kept updated and feedback is given on a regular basis.
2. Ensure internal surveys are conducted and the reports sent through to the relevant manager.
3. Ensure company Magazine is distributed on a quarterly basis.

General

To ensure that a correct and proper image of the Company is maintained at all times. Undertakes such additional duties which may from time to time be assigned to the Employee in the discharge of his / her duties.

Requirements:

1. Customer service experience.
2. Computer skills.
3. Experience in promoting brand awareness.
4. 5-10 years Marketing Experience.
5. Tertiary Sales or Marketing qualification.
6. Matric.
7. NQF 4 Qualification.

Location:

Pinetown

Salary:

R35 - R45 CTC per month.
