Kendrick Recruitment is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a prestigious luxury and lodge group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. If you have a passion for marketing, a strong background in brand management, and a desire to thrive in the luxury hospitality sector, this role is for you!

Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating, managing, and coordinating the production and implementation of strategic and operational marketing initiatives for the group and its individual property brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day output of the in-house marketing team and external resources
2. Execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all brands
3. Drive and maintain a cohesive social media strategy, creating engaging content and increasing audience reach
4. Identify relevant media and influencers aligned with marketing strategies
5. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including campaigns, advertising, sales collateral, and press releases
6. Monitor campaign performance and market analyses
7. Ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation for marketing activities
8. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external providers
9. Quality control for all marketing outputs
10. Maintain a structured Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and client database

Requirements:

1. Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or Communications
2. A minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience
3. Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
4. Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
5. Self-starter with strong time management abilities
6. Luxury hospitality experience is an advantage
7. PR and copywriting experience is a plus
8. Active engagement on social media and awareness of current trends

Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary of R55,000, negotiable based on experience
5% Provident Fund (mandatory membership)
Medical aid available as part of the CTC package
