Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our marketing strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including branding, events, public relations, content and design, digital marketing, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure ROI on all marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry partners, and influencers.
• Oversee brand development and management, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Plan and execute successful marketing campaigns, including events, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and social media content.
• Manage the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, track key metrics, and report on campaign results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing and education.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in a marketing management role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in the education sector (preferred).
