The Marketing Manager at Access Bank is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the marketing, CSI, and public relations strategies and activities of the Bank.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and execute the marketing strategy and its associated plan, measured as initiatives delivered vs. planned.
Develop, coordinate, and manage the CSI and Enterprise Development plan, measured as initiatives delivered vs. planned.
Financial management, measured as actual vs. budgeted marketing spend, value delivered, return on marketing spend, etc.
Brand management, measured as brand consistency, brand management controls and policies in place and executed, management of key brand elements (e.g. website).
Agency management, measured as return on agency spend, active management of delivery from agency.
Requirements:
Academic Knowledge:
Minimum of a 3-year tertiary qualification in marketing management.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' banking experience.
Minimum of 3 years' marketing experience preferably gained in financial services.
Skills / Specialized Know How:
Brand and marketing management / coordination.
Events management and coordination.
Graphic design.
Competencies:
Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and relationships.
