Marketing Manager

A global leader in tax automation solutions, this company is looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and lead their marketing efforts. This is a senior position that offers the chance to establish and grow the marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
2. Oversee content creation, including blogs, case studies, website copy, and social media posts, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message.
3. Optimise SEO, SEM, and analytics to improve performance and track the ROI of all marketing activities.
4. Coordinate and host industry webinars, conferences, and other marketing events.
5. Work closely with the sales team to align on messaging and create effective campaigns that drive lead generation.

Required Skills and Experience

1. 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong background in SaaS marketing.
2. Self starter, comfortable with ambiguity and used to working from the ground up.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4. Expertise in content marketing, SEO, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
5. Proven experience in optimising lead-generation campaigns and driving growth.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
