Position: Marketing Manager or high-level Marketing Executive

Axon Moore is once again supporting an award-winning, market-leading manufacturing firm based in Blackburn, Lancashire, who is looking for a 360 Marketing professional to join a very successful privately owned organisation.

We are looking for either a high-level Marketing Executive seeking a role with autonomy and lots of room for progression or an established Marketing Manager ready to take the reins and run with a great 360 Marketing opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing complete marketing support to 3 businesses with an annual budget of £120k, managing internal staff and external service providers.
2. Managing 3 brands' promotional calendars, literature/copywriting, press advertising, exhibition stands, websites, and social media presence.
3. Working across the sales funnel to grow web leads, collaborating with the Sales Director on refining quoting methods and presentations.
4. Integrating a CRM along with methodologies for pursuit, and liaising with clients after sales completion for promotional gain for all parties.
5. Reporting directly to the MD, as part of the Senior Management Team.

This role offers genuine autonomy in a 360 Marketing position, working alongside passionate Directors who are very supportive of Marketing these great brands.
