Key Responsibilities: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for 2-3 businesses within the group.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive brand awareness.
Social Media Marketing:
Oversee and execute social media marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Manage content creation, scheduling, and performance analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a small team of approximately 3 marketing staff, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with company goals.
Provide mentorship, set performance goals, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team success.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Performance Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail.
