Job Overview :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating and curating engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engages our audience, and supports our marketing objectives. This position requires a blend of graphic design, content creation, and marketing expertise to deliver compelling materials across digital platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Qualifications in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and content creation, with a strong portfolio of marketing materials.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as Corel Draw.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Insightly).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for email and website design.
- Photography or illustration skills are an advantage.
Duties :
Content Design and Development :
- Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, infographics, presentations, and web visuals.
- Collaborate with the relevant product manager and marketing director to conceptualise campaigns that align with brand guidelines to achieve the set objectives.
Campaign Support :
- Design and deliver promotional materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Ensure all content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and enhances brand consistency.
Content Management :
- Develop and maintain a library of marketing assets for internal use.
- Monitor and update content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to understand objectives and tailor content to specific audience needs.
- Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions.
Analytics and Optimization :
- Analyze content performance metrics and refine designs for better engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate innovative design practices.
