Marketing & Csr Manager

Job Description:

Planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives.

1. Plan and manage budgets.
2. Organise internal and external events.
3. Liaise with and brief external agencies, ensuring all processes and group standards are adhered to.
4. Responsible for all promotional stock, clothing, and relevant stock take.
5. Distribution of quarterly market reports.
6. Briefing and communicating to all relevant stakeholders (Internal and External).
7. Measure and report brand performance on all marketing campaigns, assessing measures against goals and providing insights for improvement.
8. Manage Social Media pages with external agency.
9. Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.
10. Plan and execute CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and impact measurement.
11. Communicate and promote CSR efforts internally and externally.
12. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive CSR initiatives.
13. Develop communication materials to showcase CSR efforts: Impact report & social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Communications / Project Management related field. Project management, organisational or marketing experience will be beneficial.
