Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in cybersecurity or robust IT marketing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on design, social media management, WordPress website updates, and event coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate our client's value proposition, engage with our target audience, and coordinate marketing efforts across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design: Create visually compelling marketing materials including brochures, presentations, infographics, and other collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Social media: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• WordPress (Website Updates): Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop website content, landing pages, and blog posts.
• Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and trade shows. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee registration, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
• Proficiency in WordPress for website management and content updates.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity and IT marketing.
