Marketing Content Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating and curating engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness, engages our audience, and supports our marketing objectives.

This position requires a blend of graphic design, content creation, and marketing expertise to deliver compelling materials across digital platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Qualifications in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in graphic design and content creation, with a strong portfolio of marketing materials.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as Corel Draw.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Insightly).
5. Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
2. Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for email and website design.
3. Photography or illustration skills are an advantage.

Duties:

1. Content Design and Development: Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, infographics, presentations, and web visuals.
2. Collaborate with the relevant product manager and marketing director to conceptualize campaigns that align with brand guidelines to achieve the set objectives.
3. Campaign Support: Design and deliver promotional materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
4. Ensure all content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and enhances brand consistency.
5. Content Management: Develop and maintain a library of marketing assets for internal use.
6. Monitor and update content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to understand objectives and tailor content to specific audience needs.
8. Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions.
9. Analytics and Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics and refine designs for better engagement and effectiveness.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate innovative design practices.
