Marketing Agent/Agency Consultant Wanted for Higher Education Growth and Enrolment Success

About Us:

Croxley Education, an emerging and accredited QCTO private higher education institution, is on the cusp of launching and is committed to empowering students with innovative, quality education. We seek a marketing expert, individual or agency, with a proven track record in the higher education sector to help us achieve a strong market presence, generate a robust pipeline of prospective students, and meet ambitious enrolment targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Our ideal marketing consultant will be a results-oriented professional with a comprehensive approach to building Croxley Education’s brand, enhancing visibility, and driving enrolment.

  • Proven success in creating and implementing high-impact marketing strategies, specifically for the higher education sector, that generate qualified leads and drive enrolment.
  • Branding and website development expertise to establish and maintain a cohesive, professional digital presence that appeals to prospective students.
  • Pipeline management and nurturing capabilities to guide potential students through the enrolment journey, from awareness to commitment.
  • Digital marketing and content creation proficiency across SEO, social media, paid ads, and email marketing to engage key audiences and promote Croxley’s unique programs.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate campaigns, events, and outreach efforts while managing timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Analytical mindset to track metrics, report on KPIs, and optimise strategies for continuous improvement and goal attainment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with Croxley’s leadership to develop a targeted marketing plan aligned with enrolment goals, brand identity, and market differentiation.
  • Leading digital marketing efforts across various channels to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support student enrolment.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining our website, ensuring it’s user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimised for lead capture and conversion.
  • Creating and executing lead-generation campaigns, tracking pipeline metrics, and improving conversion rates to meet enrolment objectives.
  • Organising promotional events and fostering partnerships with schools, communities, and organisations to expand Croxley’s presence and reach.
  • Conducting ongoing market research and competitor analysis to refine targeting and stay aligned with the latest trends in education marketing.
  • Delivering regular reports and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation.
  • Providing bi-weekly reports to the Board of Directors on all of the above.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • National Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a strong record of success in higher education or related sectors.
  • Proven success in lead generation and enrolment, i.e., demonstrated ability to develop strategies that generate qualified leads, drive enrolments, and build a robust pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience in brand management, website design, and development to create cohesive, professional, and user-friendly digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, i.e., expertise in SEO, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content creation tailored to engage prospective students.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting metrics to make data-driven decisions, assess campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and oversee budgets to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • A creative thinker with a vision for compelling content and marketing tactics that engage and convert audiences.
