Serving 1 million users from over 25 organisations around the world, the software enables holistic and informed conversations about GRC and ESG to ensure CEOs, CAEs, CROs, CFOs, and the board have an integrated view of audit, risk, information security, ethics, and compliance from across the organisation.

Management level of role: This is not a management role.

Tasks that will form part of your day:
- Event Project Management & Execution: Execute tradeshows, conferences, and webinars, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate event logistics, including booth setup, branding, sponsorship activations, speaker coordination, and vendor management.
- Manage event timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all elements are executed on time and within scope.
- Branding amplification: Act as the brand custodian between marketing and the rest of the company. Ensure adherence to all brand guidelines. Management and distribution of all Company SWAG.
- Digital Marketing: Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts, staff newsletter, photography & video for social media, etc.
- Marketing email automation: Maintain, develop, and execute results-driven automated email journeys across the customer lifecycle, including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails using international best practice methodologies.
- Leads management: Management and administration of all events and webinar leads.
- Digital Platforms: Monitor and manage website, social media, and other client-facing platform performance.
- Administrative: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
- Reporting: Responsible for tracking and analysing marketing metrics to improve conversion and make recommendations for future strategies.
- Design: Design and editing of PowerPoint slide decks, some email banners, and social media posts using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Requirements & qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- At least 3 years of proven B2B marketing experience would be an advantage.
- Proven experience in event organization, marketing, and social media management; this is a pre-requisite.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with building email campaigns using tools like Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Everlytic, or Mailchimp.
- Previous experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool. We use Salesforce.
