Salary: R28,000 per month

We are partnering with a UK-based business owner seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing and Personal Assistant. This fully remote role is perfect for someone based in South Africa who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of tasks. You’ll play a key role in managing the logistics of a podcast, overseeing social media activity, and providing vital personal and professional support.

Responsibilities

Podcast Management

• Organise and coordinate guest bookings for the podcast.
• Manage logistics, including reminders, follow-ups, and attendee details.
• Promote podcast episodes across social media platforms.
• Manage a community space for podcast listeners, fostering engagement.

Marketing and Social Media

• Handle social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring consistent engagement and branding.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote the podcast and other initiatives.
• Manage and track leads generated from marketing efforts.

Personal Assistance

• Provide calendar management, including reminders for meetings and appointments.
• Proactively organise professional and personal tasks for the business owner.
• Create to-do lists, prioritise tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.

Administration and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of podcast bookings and community engagement.
• Track and analyse marketing and social media performance metrics.
• Ensure seamless coordination between marketing and administrative functions.
