Is administration and record keeping your specialty? A leading organization is looking for a skilled Marketing Administrator to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for administrative functions including record keeping, document control, and switchboard management.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
System Management
Ensuring that access to confidential data is restricted (access control).
Must ensure that all systems are maintained (SharePoint, AX, etc.).
Ensuring that all relevant information is loaded on systems and available when needed.
Updates all relevant documentation and follows up on the workflow in the system.
Administrative
Management and administration of some departmental purchases and payments.
Processing of leave.
Boardroom management (bookings and preparation).
Reception Management
Directly responsible for managing the switchboard administration for incoming and external calls.
SHERQ compliance.
Monthly Marketing admin monitoring: managing of purchase orders, payment of suppliers alongside the finance team and reconciliations, and reporting of information to the Manager: Brand & Marketing.
Educational Requirements
Certificate / Diploma in Administration.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
