Seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join a real estate agency based in Edenvale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a flair for design, and a strong organizational mindset to manage administrative tasks effectively. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the agency’s growth by leveraging your skills in social media advertising.Minimum Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms and tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva for content creation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage advertising campaigns to promote property listings and agency services.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, including social media posts, brochures, and promotional content.
- Maintain and update the agency’s social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining client databases, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and client acquisition.
- Support the real estate team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
