Job description

My client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Admin Assistant to support their Account Executives with administrative tasks, obtaining quotes, and general office duties. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Afrikaans and have a strong background in office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist Account Executives with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  2. Obtain and manage quotes from suppliers.
  3. Coordinate and manage filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  4. Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
  5. Support in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
  6. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  7. Perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.

Requirements A MUST

  1. Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  2. Proven experience in office administration, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

  1. Matric
  2. A diploma in Marketing or a similar field (preferably)

Confident, enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated.
