Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Marine Surveyor at MARiTECH COMMERCIAL, LLC in Saldanha Bay. The Marine Surveyor will be responsible for conducting inspections, marine surveys, and overseeing vessel operations.

Requirements:

1. On/Off hire bunker and condition surveys.
2. Bunker Quantity Surveys.
3. 221b Surveys.
4. Crane inspections.
5. Draft Surveys.
6. Cleanliness inspections.
7. Advisory inspections.
8. Damage and injury surveys & Reporting.
9. Knowledge of Naval Architecture principles.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
12. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
13. Must be willing to travel between harbours for surveys when necessary.
14. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Qualifications:
Degree or advanced diploma in marine and cargo surveying, or 7 years experience with valid references. Any additional qualifications are welcomed.
