Proven track record in the Sales industry with preference given to those with marine/ boating sales experience and a demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; and the ability to determine the best marine solution in line with customers’ requirements.
Must have excellent proposal writing and presentation skills and a strong CRM background.
Must have a demonstrated skill in and an affinity for prospecting including courtesy and cold calling.
Must be self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
A valid driver’s license and being prepared to travel are critical requirements for this position.
