Qualifications & Skills Acquired:
Minimum 5-10 years General Management experience in industry with in-depth experience in all job-related requirements.
Project management experience.
Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or relevant qualification.

Assist with the development and implementation of a strong leadership culture throughout all levels of Business Unit.
Drive for short-term and long-term planning, drive initiatives throughout the management team and in the organisation that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Review financial statements, activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
Ensure the prudent management and utilisation of all operational resources, people, capital, and expenditure by monitoring effectiveness and achieving agreed goals.
Ensure and maintain a detailed risk management plan in collaboration with the Exec and management team.
Implement systems for the regular tracking and reporting of KPIs.
Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the full asset utilization of assigned assets to Business Unit (productivity & profitability).
Ensure relationships with clients are managed effectively, with communication and negotiation carried out consistently and professionally.
Recruit, train, develop, increase/maintain high morale, and discipline employees to ensure adequate staffing and a high-performing team.
