Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the overall strategy and operations of the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth goals.
• Report directly to the CEO and Board members, providing insightful and strategic guidance on company performance, financials, and market trends.
• Oversee the management team and ensure the efficient running of all operational and financial aspects of the business.
• Drive profitability through the development of effective business strategies, ensuring the delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Manage key client relationships, business development initiatives, and market expansion efforts.
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and compliance standards across all regions.
• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

• Qualifications : CA(SA) and MBA
• Experience : Minimum 15 years of commercial exposure, with at least 7 years in an executive management role (Exco).
• Proven track record of leadership and success in managing large teams and driving business results in a global environment.
• Extensive experience in the freight and logistics industry, with strong knowledge of operational, financial, and strategic management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
