Job Title : Accounts Manager (Sales)

RPO Recruitment's client is a leading supplier of products and services to the mining industry in Gauteng.

They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Manager to join their team and drive sales within the region.

Responsibilities :

1. Management of Mines, Buyers, Agents and suppliers in Africa, for the marketing and selling of products.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts within the mining industry.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue and market share.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
5. Provide product training and support to customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.

Essential Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy.
2. Good understanding of Mining in Africa, Floatation, Sulphide Based Ores, Metallurgy and Mineralogy reports.
3. Minimum of 8 years' Africa Mining Sales experience.
4. Minimum of 8 years' experience in Mining, flotation, sulphide-based ores processing, laboratory flotation trials.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
9. Valid driver's license and own transport.
