About the rolePlay a pivotal strategic leadership role in shaping and executing the card’s strategic vision by focusing on process, quality, implementation, and governance of the card ecosystem while keeping abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging trends. Apply a blended skill set of operations and cardholder experience expertise that will be critical for creating, managing, executing, and measuring the cardholder experience strategy of the card division. Enhance cardholder experience for Capitec Retail clients through:
Lead and manage the Retail card operations team, accountable for optimizing functional performance through business planning, budgets, goals and metrics, people, standards, principles, and processes.
