Support and manage the Microsoft IT Systems and Microsoft Systems Engineers to ensure the smooth operation of the Microsoft IT unit for the organization to accomplish its business objectives.
Supervise the Microsoft systems team to ensure the smooth operation, installation, support, and maintenance of Microsoft systems including related hardware.
Train and manage staff to ensure they have the skills required by the organization/department and are able to achieve their performance objectives.
Liaise with customers and related departments to resolve service-related queries and provide advice to ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
Manage third-party suppliers and service legal agreements to ensure alignment with business needs.
Contribute to the development of IT policies and implement SOPs accordingly to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Manage the server environment and patches to ensure security, reliability, capacity, and availability of systems for end users.
Review and recommend local area network and directory service solutions to ensure network connectivity, achievement of communication standards, and delivery of application software in line with business needs.
Maintain systems and documentation to ensure business continuity and continuous operations.

Minimum Requirements & Key Competencies:
Three (3) year Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
Five years relevant IT general experience
Two years management experience
Three years Microsoft Operating Systems experience
Experience in IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking management, supervisory, and budgeting
