Job Responsibilities:
- Leads and improves analytical programs and presents the results of the business to unit/category/region leaders.
- Analyzes the variable granular data of the business and regularly uses advanced models to deliver business insights across diverse business domains.
- With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge, and business insight, answers and anticipates critical business questions and opportunities and delivers insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts.
- Demonstrates use of data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME/Alteryx) to grasp the business insights from mountains of data.
- Collaborates with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales) to improve key business priorities based on data-driven insights.
- Regularly present and communicate on key market insights, trends and business opportunities to sales teams, senior leadership and external retailers.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with external retailers in order to partner on data-based and insights driven projects that will have meaningful impact on the end consumer.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or any business-related field.
- Technical or statistical qualification: Degree in Statistics, data, analytics or business insights.
- 0-2 years of A&I experience or similar ability to lead a project end to end, capturing requirements from different partners to build Data Hub addressing key business needs.
- Work independently and self-motivated to drive impact on the business.
- Demonstrate a Curiosity-mindset and depth of analysis with a Passion to learn and upskill on new Tools.
- Good communication/Presentation Skills with basic understanding of the business model (Shipment, Sell in / Sell out.. etc).
- Basic - Mid level knowledge of key tools such as KNIME, Power BI, Coding Language – R/Python, and Data bricks for multiple Data Harmonization.
- Advanced Excel Knowledge.
